This is a sales Leader role for India region, this person will have direct responsibility for developing relationship with Key accounts and deliver on Annual operating plan. You would own the account base & expansion in india, identify customer investment plan (Automation of greenfield / brownfield projects) of new & existing accounts, identifying different stakeholders within the accounts, customer issues, positioning IGS as end to end SI (concept – Implementation) and develop leads into opportunities, drive solution development and close business. The person is expected to coordinate with cross functional team (Concept design, Cost & Estimation, etc) to deliver high level of customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

·          Identify Opportunity

·          Manage & Plan Accounts

·          Lead opportunities through the entire sales cycle: Identify opportunity, clarify bid, develop sales strategy, enroll and aligning sales support, submit proposal, close the deal, work with order management, production planning and service to make, deliver and service the product.

·          Negotiate and deal closure

·          Report and work with internal resources to resolve customer issues including legal agreements.

·          Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition

·          Establish rapport with customers

·          Engage with business partners to jointly pursue new opportunities.

·          Forecast sales from assigned accounts 6 to 12 months into the future and deliver on resulting annual targets.

·          Deliver on Quarterly forecast to achieve the Annual Operating Plan (Pipeline, Orderbook & revenue)

·          Understanding of Material handling solutions/ concepts

·          Resource management (Time of Internal resources (indirect reporting) for responding to customer requests)

·          Negotiation skills (tradeoff between customers’ needs / pain points and concept, cost & benefit)


You must Have:

·          Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, technology, business, or similar field.

·          Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a B2B, industrial sales or engineering role

·          Experience in leading CXO level discussion

·          Automated material handling (conveyors, ASRS, Sorter selling) experience or similar

·          Experience with field or contract services

·          Proficiency with Salesforce CRM


·          Candidate can expect 50% local travel with the potential of global travel
