As the Mechanical Engineering Associate Manager for the Remote Sensing Mechanical Integration Team, you will provide leadership, program management, and technical direction\. Tasks include:

\- Review requirements from various sources \(EMI, systems, thermal, manufacturing, etc\.\)

\- Collaborate with in house manufacturing, ATLO, and outside suppliers to drive delivery of critical program hardware that meet requirements within applicable cost and schedule constraints

\- Cost Account Manager \(CAM\)\. Accurate and detailed plans and schedules and efficient production support\.

\- Provide the functional directorate, program management, and their customers’ effective project management

**Basic Qualifications:**

\- Advanced understanding of mechanical design with strong understanding of structures, mechanics and materials

\- Mechanical design or mechanical integration experience

\- CAD modeling and drafting experience

\- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and documentation

\- Problem Investigation resolution and root cause analysis experience

\- Active TS/SCI w/ Poly security clearance; US citizenship is required

**Desired Skills:**

\- Flight hardware experience

\- CREO and CAD data management experience

\- Data Set Rating 4 and 6 experience

\- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin specifications/tools/procedures

\- Subcontract management skills

\- Knowledge of composite structure design and fabrication

\- Experience with test methods, planning and execution

\- Additive manufacturing experience

\- Demonstrated experience in leading a multidisciplinary team towards major program goals

\- Ability to work effectively with engineering functional/program management and other functional disciplines

\- Demonstrated knowledge of other disciplines including production, ATLO, electronics, systems engineering, etc\.

\- Practical experience as a Control Account Management \(CAM\) or delegate

\- Experience creating cost and schedule projections or Basis of Estimates \(BOE\)
