As an Automation Operator you will be responsible for operating automated machinery to produce different components to be used within our industrial switches and disconnectors. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely supply of these components to other internal departments.

You will be working within our world class Automation Team at our Worksop, UK Site. You will be required to work 39 hours per week over two shifts. We are offering a fixed term contract, initially for 6 months but this could change and will be dependent on production.

+ Operating and monitoring designated automated machinery within the Automation department.

+ Monitoring machine output and recording all information within relevant data systems.

+ Demonstrating initiative and flexibility to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.

+ You will need to be customer-focused, a good team worker and take pride in the quality of the work you produce promoting safety and efficiency at all times.

Qualifications

Ideally the successful candidate will have previous product/ assembly knowledge and the ability to work within a team environment. Full training will be provided.
