**Description:** The Enterprise Performance \(EP\) team provides an independent program function that enables the Sikorsky line of business to efficiently and effectively meet contractual requirements and business objectives\. The Deputy Business Performance Manager \(BPM\) will focus on supporting Sikorsky’s Turkey Utility Helicopter Program \(TUHP\), reporting to the Global Commercial & Military Systems \(GCMS\) Business Performance Manager\.

The successful candidate will partner with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance & Business Operations, Contracts, Quality Assurance, Business Development, and other functions to assist the assigned programs in executing to customer contract requirements and company commitments\. The successful candidate will ensure the program is executing per the market segment plan and according to Lockheed Martin policy\. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

\- Drive Business Rhythm standardization across the assigned program\.

\- Lead integrated program risk and opportunity management process and culture\.

\- Review, coordinate, and support estimates for proposals \(business development\)\.

\- Work with F&BO to ensure the development, maintenance, and integrity of the program baseline processes are followed\.

\- Ensure the development and implementation of meaningful metrics across the program, that are effective and provide consistency, identify gaps/trends, and recommend changes as required\.

\- Promote transparent communication on program performance to Program, LOB and RMS leadership\.

\- Support the development of Program analytics and predictive metrics for review and use with both internal and external customer and stakeholder groups\.

\- Assist and support Program and RMS level reviews\. These reviews will include PMM, OR, Market Segment Reviews \(Program Review, P&L Review\), RMS Executive Reviews, Risk Based Assessments \(RBA\), Independent Non\-advocate Reviews \(INAR\), Baseline Reviews \(BR\), Program Assessment Reviews \(PAR\), and others as directed by the program, market segment or LM\.

Other Program Functional Support:

\- Ensure that all Program Management best practices and policies as communicated by the EP organization are utilized in an effective and efficient manner\.

\- Coordinate/Maintain program management training and development requirements for assigned programs\.

\- Ensure assigned area is prepared for corporate audits and processes are compliant\.

\- Leverage Enterprise Excellence to address program\-wide issues, challenges, etc\., and support development of Program Excellence Plans \(PEP\)\.

\- Serve as a conduit for integration of program management process and tool enhancements, Program/Enterprise Excellence and continuous improvement for assigned programs\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

\- 5\+ year’s programs experience, including program/project management and Earned Value Management policies and processes

\- Experience with integrated Risk & Opportunity Management

\- Understanding of schedule performance management, including critical path

\- Ability to work effectively on cross\-functional teams

\- Ability to leverage cross\-program/functional opportunities and lessons learned

\- Demonstrate follow\-through ability to coordinate and communicate complex issues

\- Ability to coordinate closure of action items

\- Excellent Communication Skills

\- MS Office proficient: specifically, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

**Desired Skills:**

\- Green Belt Trained/Certified

\- MS Project and/or Primavera \(P6\) experience or similar scheduling tool

\- Strong understanding and proficiency in working with spreadsheets, pivot tables, and building graphs

\- SAP or Cobra Experience

\- Experience with production/development programs
