The Growth and Marketing Group at AIM Specialty Health is hiring a Payment Integrity Growth and Innovation Leader to join its team.  This high-performing individual contributor will be responsible for working with and across AIM’s Subrogation and Payment Integrity Leadership teams in leading solution commercialization and health plan partnership strategies, in addition to working with a wide-range of external constituents in support of driving support for and sales of Subrogation and Payment Integrity core products and services.  

Primary duties may include, but not limited to: 

Provides comprehensive business insight across Subrogation and Payment Integrity.  Investigates and manages internal and external market development challenges.  Develops Subrogation and Payment Integrity solution commercialization strategy and leads Subrogation and Payment Integrity business partnership development.  May provide leadership and/or oversight of projects, project teams and/or external consultants, related to growth. 

This position may work remotely from anywhere in the US] 


Requires BS/BA in related area; 10 years of increasingly responsible business and professional experience including 3 years of leadership experience in the Payment Integrity space; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.  

Highly preferred experience- 

-Expertise in payment integrity and subrogation space 

-Client facing, business development experience selling into Health Plans with a national scope 

-Experience defining product strategy with product and clinical teams for a client, working with marketing teams for copy and content development, proposal writing, and crafting decks
