Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Product Trainer or Principal Product Trainer. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Training Systems Team (TST). The selected candidate will support weapon systems-based training. What You'll Get To Do:
Supports the Training Services Lead in providing design, development, and delivery of training courseware and related services.
Supports the creation and maintenance of formal curricula and other training services.
Prepares in-house training, training materials, course content, methodology and coordination of the development of training aids
Supports the development of criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities
Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and maintain updated technical information
Develops task lists, objectives, syllabi and training products according to DoD, USAF and ACC operating instructions and Instructional System Design (ISD
Provides input to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
Candidate will be required to satisfy the requirements for a TSA access certification. (Costs will be paid for by Northrop Grumman.)

Qualifications:

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with 2 or more years of experience in courseware development, instruction or industry training content development; 4 additional years' experience in lieu of a degree will be considerate
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.
• Must be comfortable in a lab environment and be able to collaborate closely with system engineers, hardware designers, and integration/test engineers
• Working knowledge of customer compliance documents, government instructions, and government standards
• Flexibility to work outside normal work hours

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Ability to read schematic diagrams dealing with wiring and fluid flow desired
• Military training system and/or Instructional Systems Design experience desired
• Military maintenance instructor experience desired
• ICBM or related domain experience
• Basic understanding of Agile processes
