E2R Business Development Specialist - PSS


Location

Based in KL, Malaysia. Responsible for markets in APAC & India


Objectives:

·       Understand the needs, opportunities and gaps in mid segment

·       Grow Honeywell SPS mid segment market share through driving E2R portfolio

 

KPI:

·       Creation of mid segment portfolio & their associated sales

·       New mid segment channels & their associated sales

·       New end user key account development & their associated sales

 

Roles & responsibilities

1)     Create mid segment portfolio. Pricing & positioning.

2)      Digital engagement. Digital contents, emails campaigns, APP, new letters

3)      Sales tools, demo kits, collaterals, battle cards, sales messages aimed at mid segment

4)      Organize events, exhibitions, lunch and learn, trainings, online seminars

5)      Identify & develop key accounts. Measure sales via these key accounts

6)      Evaluate current channels. Develop new channels to promote E2R portfolio

7)      Create sales promotions / rebate programs, internal & external incentives to drive sales

8)      Monthly report on sales and pipeline against AOP.

 

Qualification

·       Bachelor degree in marketing or related field

·       Min 5 years marketing / sales / business development experience

·       Cross functional experience in product marketing, channel development, digital marketing would be an advantage

·       Working experience across multiple regions in APAC & India would be an advantage

·       Strong written and verbal communications skills, professional proficiency in English
