Wells Fargo is seeking a Software SR Engineer to join our Commercial Banking space as a Technical Lead. This engineer will be supporting the development, design and building of the integration of microservices for Salesforce/nCino platform. 

The ideal candidate will manage an agile mind-set. Be a team player for a self directed engineering scrum team to build the best in class commercial loan origination platform. This engineer will be partnering with product owners and solve complex requirements and design system to scale and size, related to commercial lending, across multiple product lines. Partnering with other technical leads, product owners and front line business experts. While being able to look around the bend, problem solve and work with competing priorities.  

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • 7+ years of Java experience
  • 7 + years of experience designing software solutions using software architecture design principles
  • 5 + years of experience with application integration
  • 5+ years of Spring experience
  • 5+ years of Oracle experience
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology

Desired Qualifications

  • An industry-standard technology certification
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change
  • Ability to manage or lead in a matrix environment
  • 3+ years of financial services industry experience
  • 1+ year of commercial banking experience
  • 1+ year of Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of application profiling and performance tuning of highly scalable and available systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of complex enterprise systems and frameworks including frontends, middleware, services layer, database, backend and downstream interfaces
  • Knowledge and understanding of CRM projects, tools, and systems
  • 5+ years of JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) development experience
  • Git or GitHub experience

Other Desired Qualifications

5+ years of Apache Camel experience

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours
