Job Description:

Primary responsibility is to prepare/review documentation in accordance with Bank's insurance policies and procedures, to facilitate property and casualty review. Works on routine to more complex documentation as assigned. Interfaces with line of business partners and clients to ensure world-class documentation accuracy. Completes insurance review approval. Maintains primary responsibility for accuracy of documentation and SOR data, timely delivery of documents, and elimination of controllable re-work.

Must accurately apply procedural knowledge and guidelines for appropriate handling of documents. Process all insurance related correspondence including necessary research, and provide documentation to support actions taken. Must have the ability to multitask with attention to detail and accuracy. Must be customer oriented with effective comprehension, listening, verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work well in a group setting and meet established goals. Must have the ability to work well with others and follow directions.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Ability to carry a pipeline, organizational and time management skills are critical.
  • Previous Property and Casualty experience a huge plus.
  • Basic operations knowledge with previous and commercial banking experience.
  • Must be a team player, promote collaboration, and communicate with impact. The right person must be able to learn and adapt quickly, hold self and others accountable for high performance standards.
