Lead a team of engineers, technicians and manufacturing personnel who are manufacturing Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverage your engineering and  manufacturing experience to lead some of the world's most talented production teams. You will use your advanced leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywell ISC production facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a manager, you will coach your team members in leadership and behavioral competencies to deliver high impact business results. Interfacing with a high volume customer and design engineering with role out and release of assembly line in addition to working on other new assembly opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new products, principles, and theories
  • Execute on deadlines, development, and new ideas
  • Lead and participate in project teams
  • Drive rapid problem solving and root cause Investigation
  • Develop and leading team to a manufacturing robust assembly line
  • Perform administrative duties

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years in Electronics Assembly
  • 5+ years Management Experience

WE VALUE

  • Extensive experience in relevant field
  • Experience in die attach, wire bond, screen print, epoxy dispense, automated optical inspection, electrical test, tape, and reel.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Team oriented attitude
  • Ability to follow directions and make tasks your own
  • Quickly and accurately identifies even subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues.
  • Conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams.
  • Master's degree or advanced professional certification.
  • Leadership experience
