Job Description

This is a great full-time opportunity for a multifaceted, high energy individual with a strong background in customer service and technical support. This is a small, family-owned niche business, and we are serious about our continued growth and expansion. We currently have one customer service representative and need one more to keep up with our rapid growth. It is vital for us that this candidate has strong customer service skills, general computer knowledge, and is successful at multitasking. Seeking A+ players who are happy and positive with a can-do attitude to join our growing team!

Everyday responsibilities

Customer service (50%) 

  • Deliver 5-star customer service over the phone and email, with a "customer is always right" mentality
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for all of our machines and products
  • Process all customer requests such as quote generation, returns, refunds and credits
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with all of our customers

Order processor (50%)

  • Process orders via phone, email and eCommerce using ShipStation and Quickbooks software
  • Navigate and understand our order management system while providing accuracy and speed
  • Create USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx shipments for both domestic and international shipments
  • Schedule incoming and outgoing domestic and international shipments
  • Work directly with our order fulfillment team to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped on time

Required experience

  • Computer literate in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 5-years experience in customer service, ideally involving the use of a phone and computer
  • Minimum 1-year experience in processing orders, such as sales orders and invoices
  • Organized and able to multitask with a close attention to detail
  • Capable of handling all customer service requests and inquiries with a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn our entire product line to properly assist our customers

Desired skills

  • Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is preferred
  • Familiar with UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx shipping carriers and services
