The Global PepsiCo Talent Acquisition team partners with internal business functions and teams to support their talent strategies and critical hiring needs. Our Corporate TA team is currently seeking to hire a full-time Contract Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team and lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle for critical external hires across multiple Corporate Functions.

As a Contract Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will:
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle across assigned requisitions, including Hiring Manager Intake Discussion, ATS Applicant review/management, pro-active candidate sourcing and engagement, candidate screening, interview process and facilitation of candidate selection and offer process
  • Create comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities, business requirements and talent gaps
  • Present regular, consistent staffing progress updates to stakeholders on all respective staffing activity, including internal and external insights, TA COE updates (new tools, engagement platforms, assessment processes, external Reputation, etc.) and recommendations for future improvements
  • Ensure a high-touch, positive candidate experience and develop the ability to brief external talent on PepsiCos overall business while also presenting a solid employee value proposition for respective client functions and specific opportunities.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on matters related to Job Description design, sourcing approach, candidate attraction and engagement and external trends/marketplace data
  • When necessary, source hard-to-find passive external talent by employing best-in-class engagement processes
  • Build and maintain external candidate pipelines for priority skillsets; influence HR/Function Leadership to engage with talent in advance of need, whenever possible
  • Leverage recruiting technology resources daily: LinkedIn, Kenexa, Avature, and Hired Score
  • Effectively partner with the TA Operations team to ensure all candidate/hiring manager coordination activities run smoothly and efficiently (job posting, scheduling, job offer process, onboarding, etc.)#LI-USA
    Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree required5+ years experience in a relevant full lifecycle recruiting function, either within a corporate recruiting environment and/or a reputable search firm or staffing agency focused on professional level hiresPreferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate Talent Advisor behaviors/competencies, supported by a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics
  • TA experience supporting Corporate functions such as Finance and/or Human Resources
  • Must demonstrate executive presence and examples of strategic influence which led to specific solutions
  • Previous corporate recruitment, search firm, or agency experience and/or prior HR experience where recruiting was a critical component of the work
  • Prior experience and proficiency in ATS (Kenexa preferred) and CRM utilization
  • In-depth sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media channels to proactively source passive talent
  • Consultative approach with a talent advisor mindset
  • Must be collaborative, customer-focused, adaptable, and have strong follow up and organizational skillsResults-driven, seeks accountability, works with a sense of urgency, and possesses a drive to win#LI-USA
