Executive Services Consultant

 

Location:   Ideally, this role will be based out of Indianapolis, IN; Mason, OH; Atlanta, GA; or Norfolk, VA. But we will consider other locations for the most qualified candidate.

 

The Executive Services Consultant is responsible for assisting with the design, implementation, and administration of Executive Services programs to include LTI, DEC, Deferred Comp, SERP, all WellPoint equity programs (both stock incentive plan and ESPP), and the Board of Directors Deferred Comp Plan. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Leads projects related to Executive Services programs, such as designing and implementing an integrated deferred compensation program for the company.
  • Administers DEC and other executive prerequisite programs.
  • Proactively communicates with executives on HR-related matters important to them, and coordinates activities with other human resource areas, such as Corporate Benefits.

 

Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field; 6 years of related experience, including consultative experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Advanced education is preferred.
  • HR-related designation preferred.

Annual Salary Range*: $69,680 - $87,100

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
