Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Complete PMs and repairs to all assigned material handling equipment
  • Complete repair of conveyor system as needed
  • Follow all Facility Management Best Practices
  • Assist in the maintenance, repair and or replacement of machinery and mobile equipment such as motors, pumps, conveyors, fans, material handling equipment, lighting, HVAC, dock plates, plumbing systems, battery changing and battery maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Education and Power Equipment Required:
  • Tugger/Pallet Rider
  • Dock Fork/Hyster
  • Stock Picker/Scissor Lift
  • NA Forklift/Sit Down Forklift
  • Tennant Sweeper/Scrubber
  • Battery Changer/Battery Analyzer
  • Minimum three years of facility equipment maintenance experience
  • Mechanical background experience and or training
  • Successful completion of Factory OEM equipment repair training
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with electricity safely and in accordance with local and state codes
  • Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Experience in operating paint sprayer and associated equipment
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work efficiently and safely with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and 75 lbs. on an infrequent basis
  • Willingness to assume responsibility of all maintenance related functions, strong track record of dependable performance
