As a Technical Presales Engineer, you’ll be working in the technical department in tandem with sales representatives to sell and promote a company's products and security solutions to our customers.

You will be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars and providing technical advice and support for customers. You will be also participating in technology fairs and events.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing technical knowledge and expertise,

  • Supporting the business teams in the development, construction of offers to the clients,

  • Interacting with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy,

  • Delivering training and workshops for our customers,

  • Creating of PoC (proof of concepts) within the real customer's environment with the different technical solutions of Arrow,

  • Continuously learning on the latest technologies (you will obtain a Vendor’s certifications!).

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Network Security area (Wireless Networks, Antivirus, Firewall, Networking experience will be a plus),

  • Negotiating skills as well as strong communication skills,

  • Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology,

  • Ability to identify and resolve partners issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload,

  • Willingness to travel: some regional and EMEA traveling will be required,

  • A real and innate passion to learn new technologies, a strong attitude for new and different challenges, be the best in what you learn!
