Pay Rate – $86 per hour (Flexible)


The Delivery Manager is a servant leader who takes pride in organizing, collaborating, and communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of Platform Engineering and Data Science team objectives and goals. This position is instrumental in helping our team to deliver great products used every day by customers worldwide.


  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to develop, implement, and track engineering/product roadmaps for multiple platform and data science teams
  • Communicate and refine the scope, risks, and dependencies between teams in partnership with other product development leaders
  • Instill a sense of urgency among team members and the organization to deliver valuable results and outcomes
  • Coach, motivate, and encourage teams towards the completion of projects
  • Ensure open communication amongst team members, eliciting transparency and cross-team coordination
  • Innovate on processes to improve team and organizational effectiveness
  • Understand project health and report project status to management and stakeholders as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships outside of the team to help deliver meaningful results for the company

  • Is a detail-oriented, self-driven problem solver and strong facilitator
  • Has 8+ years of experience with agile product development, project management, or technology related work required (Scrum Master)
  • Demonstrated excellence leading teams to set goals, overcome challenges, and deliver results
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others in an assertive yet positive manner
  • Experience understanding technical & product requirements and translating needs into plans in a highly technical environment
  • Experience helping teams make decisions in complex environments with competing priorities and multiple dependencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • BA/BS degree
