We are seeking a Remote Sales Recruiter to work for one of our premier clients on a long term assignment.  Our client is preferring a candidate live near a headquarters in Pleasanton, CA. 

Position: Sales Recruiter

Location: Remote – preferred to live near Pleasanton, CA 94588 in case needed in the office or for local recruiting needs

Pay Rate: $40-50/HOURLY - no overtime required, rate of pay is based on experience

Shift: 8am-5pm PST

Type: long term contract

Job Summary: As a Sales Recruiter, you’ll work with the internal Sales Department to identify entry level sales talent, utilizing several sourcing methods. 

Responsibilities:

  • Full life cycle recruiting, managing the interview process from start to finish.
  • Ability to close and negotiate candidate offers.
  • Build and maintain great relationships and trust from the hiring managers by being working to understand their needs, being consultative, and dependable.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify well qualified candidates.
  • Deliver results – measured by KPIs, data integrity, time in process, candidate quality, process adherence and candidate/client satisfaction

Job Specific Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-3 years Sales experience or sales recruiting experience required.
  • 0-3 years agency recruiting experience preferred.
  • Willingness to recruit in multiple time zones.
  • Knowledge of various sourcing methods – LI, campus recruiting, etc.
  • Behavioral interviewing knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with ATS, CRM, social media and video interviewing.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, meeting weekly metrics/goals determined by management.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
