Test Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Test Engineering Manager in Florham Park, NJ to oversee all test related activities and overall project quality of the application in accordance with validation requirements . S/he will perform the following duties: define, document and obtain approval for Test Strategy and Approach, including objectives, overall phasing and testing methodology and standards; set and agree test tool strategy, leveraging automation tools; provide test estimations for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities; develop test plans and entry/exit criteria in line with overall project schedule and align with business and execute test plans against the project schedule with support from offshore; define and track test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance; ensure highest level of quality performed by test team remains strong; identify the project risks in advance and plan for mitigation actions; develop, update and maintain quality testing standards and procedures; communicate effectively with customers and vendors as appropriate; c oordinate and execute regression testing, test automation, performance testing, functionality and usability testing ; lead/support other Testers on the testing team and manage testing process questions and/or issues; create test models (plans, data and scripts), including test data; plan and execute test scripts following detailed steps and scenarios; follow bug reporting and tracking process; business process specific understanding of the application specific to client pharmaceutical manufacturing process; manage the creation and execution of automated system test scripts using Worksoft Certify; and design manual system test scripts using Conformiq designer.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as Application Development Analyst or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 6 years of experience in Plan, Analyze, Design and Develop strategies for System Test, User Acceptance Test, Performance Test, Usability Test & Integration Test phases in agile and hybrid agile methodologies; 6 years of experience in preparing and executing manual/automated test scripts in validated environments by adhering to FDA/21 CFR Part 11 regulatory requirements; 6 years of experience with Micro Focus Quality Center in managing System Test Life Cycle (STLC) for System Test and User Acceptance Test activities by integrating with WorkSoft Certify and Conformiq tools; 4 years of experience in strategizing T est Planning, Test Execution and Test Management activities for ServiceNow and other interfacing applications including complex platform upgrades; 3 years of experience in developing test automation strategies & frameworks and maintaining regression test bed using Worksoft Certify; and 3 years of experience in modeling reusable using Conformiq models and automatically generate new test scripts whenever changes are made to the application.
