Title: Infrastructure Engineer - 73914

As an Infrastructure Engineer on the Desktop Management team, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of changes to SCCM, Group Policy, and Endpoint protection infrastructures. This position will work on medium to high complexity infrastructure problems to meet the design and support needs of global desktop computing environments.

Responsibilities:

+ Monitors, applies changes to, and/or manages current information technology infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance in an integrated environment.

+ Performs and applies information analysis to resolve infrastructure problems. Delivers infrastructure technology for business requirements.

+ Identifies, analyzes, selects, and applies appropriate new information technology infrastructure components within a diverse environment as required to support strategic business plans and processes.

+ Participates in various roles as a team member or a leader, at times includes facilitating team meetings. Occasionally participates on multiple teams. Assumes proportionate share of responsibility for an effective team and understands good teaming concepts. Participates on projects as a team member or leads projects with teams, as required. Establishes, reports and monitors project measurement parameters.

+ Assists or makes technical or project-based decisions pertaining to elements of the infrastructure.

What Skills You Need:

+ Expertise administering Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) (4-7 years)

+ Expertise delivering Windows and 3rd party security patches (4 - 7 years)

+ Expertise with Endpoint Protection and Group Policy administration (4 - 7 years)

+ Expertise with database administration (SQL) (4 - 7 years)

+ Expertise with PC Compliance Reporting and Remediation (4 - 7 years)

+ Proven experience creating scripts (PowerShell, Batch, Python)

+ Proven experience administering Intune

+ Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions.

+ Ability to apply engineering principles and concepts for designs.

+ Ability to manage many competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment

What Makes You Stand Out:

+ Experience working in an Agile Environment (4 - 7 years)

+ Experience with Web Development

Education:

+ Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience
