  • Support National Sales team to process proposals, sales agreements, confirmations of order, change orders, and related documents.
  • Coordinate sales details with internal departments.
  • Maintain/update territory database.
  • Help coordinate events and meetings.
  • Prepare proposals and other documents to support sales.
  • Prepare purchase documents and order machinery from suppliers.
  • Coordinate and follow up on pre-sale and post-sale order processing tasks
  • Enter companies, contacts, proposals, machines, orders into SMILE database
  • Supply administrative support for Product Group.
  • Keep current and maintain updated video and literature resources.
  • Maintain a minimum working knowledge of the standard products to a level that enables one to respond to an initial sales inquiry.
  • Other projects assigned by supervisor.


  • Associate’s Degree, or 3 – 5 years related experience


  • MS Office Suite
  • Strong Excel and math skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter and self-reliant
  • Ability to work with minimal technical support
