Overview:

The Sr. Project Operations Representative reports directly to the Sales Support Desk Supervisor and is responsible for the daily management of several email aliases and the processes that are associated with them. They are responsible for managing email queues and reports, completing exception requests, handling high priority escalations, and providing support for the Tier 1 SSD Team. In addition to the normal day to day responsibilities, this position will be required to identify opportunities for process and policy improvements. They will also be expected to develop and execute projects related to these opportunities.

 

The Sr. Project Operations Representative interacts regularly with many different stakeholders across many different teams. Common stakeholders that this position will work with include the Channel Partner Team, Deal Desk, Contract Review, PC team, Customer Care, and Sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate clearly, and maximize efficiency of internal operations by performing the essential job duties and responsibilities listed below.

  • New Deal Exceptions 
  • Tier 1 Escalations
  • User Management Requests
  • Promotions/ Promo Tagging 
  • Verification Call Exemptions 
  • Software Tickets
  • Opportunity and Proposal Stage Management
  • BrightPath Troubleshooting
  • Litmos Assistance and Management 
  • Email/Chatter Queue Management
  • Nesting for new hires
  • Special Permissions to perform certain job functions within SPLAT and Salesforce

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Sunrun Experience ( Sr. Level)
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Capable of identifying process gaps and proposing solutions
  • Strong understanding of Excel and SFDC reporting (ability to index match across datasets to combine multiple reports)
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and switch from task to task as priorities change in requirements
  • Understanding of G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
  • Possess a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently

Physical Demands

  • Ability to perform normal office duties
  • Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work
  • Ability to interact and participate in meetings
