Job Description
The Nurse Clinical Trainer is responsible for working with business units to identify technical (skill-based), knowledge and soft-skill training needs designed to improve job performance and productivity. The Clinical Trainer will design, develop, facilitate, and maintain cost effective and consistent learning solutions that meet organizational training needs.

As a Clinical Trainer you will use your training and development skills to make a difference by providing initial and continuing education to the clinical operations staff.

Primary duties include development and delivery of specialized training programs and materials to
new and existing staff or program participants utilizing knowledge acquired in nursing and/or
behavioral science.

This position will work from our San Antonio, TX facility with some opportunity to work from home.

Required Qualifications
RN is required – must hold non-restricted Nursing license in state where employed.
5 years nursing experience
3 years training or education experience
Strong computer skills to include word, excel & PowerPoint
Ability to do some travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications
Certified Case Manager
Certified Health Coach
Working knowledge of WebEx
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
Previous experience with remote training
Previous experience with Epic
Experience with curriculum development
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

RN Diploma, Associates or Bachelors in Nursing or related field.
