Legal and Commercial Services professionals deliver and coordinate legal, contract and commercial advice and counsel in support of Accenture's or our clients' business, working to manage and mitigate risk and ensure ethical behavior and compliance with laws and company policies.

Summary Review, draft and negotiate - with limited supervision - several types of contractual documents, including: consulting, outsourcing, SI and Digital agreements, as well as Proposals, letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, amendments, subcontract agreements and requests for proposals. Assist more senior level Transaction Contracting Professionals in managing more complex TC work within a fast-moving corporate environment.

Bachelor degree in lawAuthorized and licensed to practice law in Brazil (OAB)Advanced EnglishSkills & Work ExperienceMinimum of 4 years relevant contracting experience, preferably with industry experience in technology, consulting, systems integration or outsourcing businessAnalytical thinkerSelf-starterResponsive and follows through on commitmentsExcellent oral and written communication skillsGood judgmentAccomplished negotiator with an understanding of principle-based negotiation strategy and tactics including the ability to present alternatives with proposed solutionsExperience negotiating and drafting services agreementsUnderstand basic commercial principlesGood executive presenceStrong understanding of contracting/risk issues, including IP, as they apply to digital, technology, consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing transactions
