Customer Operations Lead| Financial Services Area


Your challenges

Join us and manage customer experience solutions in Multichannel Contact Centers for the Financial Services area clients.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

+ Coordinate the team in charge to manage the daily interactions with customers to provide support on several topics as information requests, clarifications, issue/claims management

+ Keep the client up-to-date on project goals and build a collaborative and lasting relationship

+ Remain constantly aware of best practices to improve processes and procedures

+ Analyze the volume trends and team performances

+ 5-7 years’ experience in Customer Service: Multichannel Contact Centers and related Back Office activities

+ Excellent knowledge of Multichannel Contact Centers KPI

+ Strong organizational skills, ability to deal with performance indicators

+ Proactive attitude and problem-solving approach and very strong communications skills.

+ Direct responsibility on Project Delivery budgets

+ Ability to manage the team's performance and identify improvement actions

+ Experience in managing complex transformation initiatives, involving people both part and outside your organization

+ Graduate’s Degree

+ Speak and write English fluently
