Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

+ Job Requirements :

+ Key Responsibilities : A-Should work on Cisco prime and R and S, understanding of various reports generated by Cisco B-Working knowledge and ability to troubleshoot TCP, IP and related common protocols, including but not limited to DHCP, DNS, FTP, SMTP, HTTP, Telnet, NTP and SSHC-Fault handling and escalation identifying and responding to faults of client networkD-Should work on integration of Wireless network with Authentication server like radius , ISE

+ Technical Experience : A-Should have strong understanding of wireless user authentication with different authentication mechanism like EAP-TLS, PEAP, webauthB-Should have strong experience in Cisco Switches 3560, 3750, 6500, Cisco Routers 7200, 2600, 2800, 3800, 3900C-Experience in HSRP, administration and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment

+ Professional Attributes : A-Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B-Ability to operate independently and make decisionC-Flexible to work in 24x7 shiftD-Take part in weekend or holiday on call support

+ Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree
