About the job:
Texas Instruments is looking for a skilled Photo Technician to join our team, supporting one of our fabs. This technician will impact our fab’s success by working with members across the fab to identify and resolve problem areas.

Responsibilities include:
• Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs
• Learn and support other modules during critical timing
• Monitor and analyze all related data to improve/maintain tool performance and address all issues
• Monitor process flow and work on machines
• Process test runs to identify yield problems or test new products
• Perform troubleshooting to determine problems in equipment; dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment, as required
• Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel
• Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators 


Minimum requirements:
• Associates degree in Electronics related field or Military Equivalent Electronics training
• 2-5 years of work-related experience 

• Troubleshooting skills on electrical/mechanical systems


Preferred qualifications:
• Excellent organizational, teaming and troubleshooting skills
• Self-driven with ability to identify/resolve issues to improve fab performance. Preferably with experience on Nikon Steppers or ASML Scanners
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global team environment with other technical teams
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
