Business Strategy Executive - Consumer Goods

Your challenges

Working with the Strategy Practice, you’ll have the opportunity to operate across several companies in the Consumer Goods sector, while enabling our clients to transform and optimize their business, processes and operating models with state-of-the-art strategic projects.You’ll get the best out of your team, learning from diverse cultural backgrounds, skillsets and mindsets.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

+ Manage teams on local and international strategy projects in leading Consumer Goods companies

+ Acting as team leader and supporting junior team members in their professional growth and exposure

+ Closely follow the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near and long term goals.

+ Proactively interact with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture to ensure the most efficient output.

+ Be a key point of contact inside our organization in the Strategy Consumer Goods Area

+ Actively support business development activities and portfolio expansion.

+ You have 6-8 years’ experience in consulting, delivering strategic projects for primary organizations (with at least 3-4 years specifically on projects with consumer goods and product companies)

+ You have a strong practice on the following topics, both business and strategy wise: Revenue Growth Management, Pricing and Promo Optimization, Field Routing and in store execution, Route to Market and Loyalty Models.

+ You have robust analytical skill set

+ You are a solid team player who’s also an independent thinker

+ You are deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask

+ You have strong verbal, written and presentation skills

+ You speak and write English fluently

+ You love to share and learn different things
