Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and managing the men's baseball program within the guidelines of the NCAA Division II level, conference and institution. Responsibilities will include assisting the head coach with recruiting, organization of practices in and out of season, skill and player development, management of travel, academic oversight of student-athletes, community service, facility maintenance, and involvement with the management of camps. Minimum Qualifications Qualifications include: Masters degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required. A minimum of three years of successful coaching and recruiting is preferred in a collegiate setting. Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills are required, as well as a strong knowledge of current teaching techniques in the sport of baseball.
