Job Description
Come join CVS Health's Marketing MORE (Marketing Operational Relationship Execution) team as a leader focusing on the building and execution of offers and campaigns supporting Marketing & Loyalty and Personalization programs. You will report to the Director of MORE within Marketing Operations.
We are looking for an Advisor of Execution who will lead a team to implement offer execution and support testing programs for our Loyalty and Personalization & Enterprise programs through outstanding operations and using our capabilities to the fullest. You will have a high focus on collaboration with strategic partners and support for process development on how we manage campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

•Lead a team to coordinate with Retail Personalization & Strategy team to achieve deliverables needed for programs and ongoing operational needs
•Partner with Go to Market Strategists and other Strategy leaders to build accurate targeting and operational deliverables
• Provide guidance to partners on customer experience effects of offer and audience decisions as it relates to campaign builds
•Perform quality assurance steps throughout the entire process to ensure data is flowing through the system accordingly
•Identify business process improvement opportunities and work with teams and vendors to bridge the gap
•Ensure operational scalability for new tests and program builds

Required Qualifications
•4+ years of related work experience
•Experience with SQL within retail-related technology
•Project management
•Experience in process improvements

Preferred Qualifications
•Proficiency to understand operational effects and resulting complications
•Work independently
•High experience with accuracy and operational excellence
•CRM operational experience in a retail, digital, or consulting environment
•Experience leading successful implementation and delivery of customer-facing campaigns
•2+ years team management experience
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Marketing
