Quality Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for:

+ Implementation and development of the quality strategy and the systems for the quality management compatible with quality policy, as well as other internal requirements

+ Supervision over meeting the requirements of the Quality System as well as specific requirements of the clients regarding production and continuous improvement of the processes

+ Establishing relations within the group and corporate entities with a view to build the culture of continuous improvement and cooperation within the group.

Your key deliverables:

+ Trainings/development of the subordinate Staff members/team management

+ Managing directly a team of quality supervisors and indirectly technicians, engineers and specialists

+ Execution of the quality goals

+ Implementation and supervision of the Quality Systems in the subservient area

+ Supervision over fulfilment of the specific requirements set by the clients/ preparation of the client visits

+ Performing Internal Audits

+ Implementation and development of the quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP

+ Project management as well as proactive participation in the project works

+ Support and participation in Eaton’s Lean Six Sigma (workshops, etc) events

+ Participation in audits, e.g. 5S, IATF 16949, LPA, LOTO, observation of behaviour

+ Report on the goals achieved

+ Complying with OSH, fire regulations and environmental safety as well as IATF 16949 procedures

+ Execution of other orders provided by the superior not listed in this scope of duties but necessary for the proper operation of the company/department

+ Managing the quality department budget

Qualifications

Are you?

+ Educated at bachelor's degree in engineering? Master’s is preferred.

+ Coming with at least 5 years of experience in the field of quality/production, including experience within the field of team management?

+ Possessing a good knowledge of the SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP requirements?

+ Having practical knowledge of how to solve the following problems: 8D, FTA, Cause and Effect Diagram?

+ Certified as Internal auditor certificate as required by IATF 16949?

+ Knowledgeable of technical drawing and measurement systems?

+ Experienced in project management?

+ Green Belt certificate or Black Belt are preferred.

+ Having practical knowledge of MS Office?

+ Highly skilled regarding team management?

+ Possessing excellent interpersonal and presentation skills?

+ Fluent in English language?
