This is a 2nd Shift Position\.

Responsibilities include:

• Manages the staffing levels to achieve financial and performance commitments\.

• Perform as a strategic thinker with manufacturing leadership experience, and lean manufacturing focus\.

• Identifies and implements continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cost and schedule performance\.

• Develops and manages budgets, cost, quality, and schedules for assigned production area\.

• Leads Performance Management Team processes and metrics

• Manages development opportunities for employees to allow realization for each employee’s full potential\.

• Recognizes and rewards superior individual performance and effectively addresses poor performance issues\.

• Creates a culture that ensures accountability and trust while ensuring compliance with Company Policies & Procedures\.

• Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

**Basic Qualifications:**

The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:

• Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues\.

• Experience developing and managing budgets, cost and quality

• Production Operations or Maintenance, Modification or Repair \(MMRO\) experience

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint\.

**Desired Skills:**

The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the others:

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College

• MS Project

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints\.

• Experience creating and utilizing metrics related to Production Performance\.

• Earned Value Management System \(EVMS\) experience\.

• SAP experience is a plus\.

• Ability to multi\-task, organize and prioritize assignments\.

• Ability to understand budget for the department and budget performance\.

• Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics\.

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing\.

• Experience in Manufacturing Tooling Concepts &

Principals
