**Description:** VH\-92 Manufacturing Project Manager \(MPM\)\. This function provides Operations leadership and oversight\. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

\- Control Account Manager for Owego

\- Coordinating baseline activity

\- Conducting capacity assessments

\- Quality/Cost/Schedule performance

\- Coordination Operations

\- Assisting in proposal activities

\- Risk and Opportunity status

\- Program issues/concerns

\- Critical dependencies

**Basic Qualifications:**

To be qualified to interview for this role, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:

• Experience in Program Management, Production Control, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related experience\.

• Must be able to receive Control Account Manager certification as soon as training is available\. \(Usually within 3 months\)\.

• Work well in a team environment\.

PLEASE NOTE:

\- Applicants selected must successfully pass a background investigation and drug test\.

Additionally, any roles requiring Department of Defense Security Clearances will require US Citizenship\.

**Desired Skills:**

Preferably, you should also have these desired skills:

• Prior Control Account Management experience

• Understanding of VH\-92, S\-92 or other Sikorsky programs

• Strong Operations background

• Understand MRP and planning / scheduling

• Participate in technical decisions / discussions

• Run proposal efforts as Operations Lead
