DAILY DUTIES:

  1. Coordinate all day-to-day operations of service and parts department.
  2. Primary contact for all repairs.  Setup, track, and follow-up on all repairs.
  3. Prioritize and schedule all repairs in shop
  4. Notifies all customers of estimates or service charges on repairs in shop.
  5. Notifies customers on parts timeframes on repairs in shop.
  6. Distributes received parts to machines and schedules for installation of parts.
  7. Notifies customers on finished shop repairs for disposition instructions.
  8. All follow-up necessary for customer satisfaction.
  9. Accountable for shop appearance.
  10. Responsible for warranty processing for in shop repairs.
  11. Assist customers with part lookup and enter part orders, as needed.
  12. Review and provide status updates for the open order queue to national service manager.
  13. Provide back up for all service-related positions.
  14. Enter all part and repair orders in the ERP.
  15. Use the open order report to track each repair through the process and help improve open order queue and cycle times, thus improving customer satisfaction.
  16. Setup, track, and follow-up on all repairs and provide proactive communication to our customers.
    1. Notify all customers of estimates and follow up for approvals/denials.
    2. Maintain schedule of PM's and communicate with PM customers regarding scheduling and status changes.
    3. Communicate and update customers on estimated completion dates and scheduling.
  17. Prioritize and schedule all repairs daily, based on part and technician availability, as well as customer need.
  18. Distribute received parts for machines and part orders, update schedule of repairs.
  19. Notify customers on finished shop repairs for disposition instructions.

  

WEEKLY DUTIES:

  1. Provide status updates to weekly open order report to national service manager.  Due by close of business on Tuesday of each week.
  2. Walk through shop area to ensure all equipment is tagged and staged properly.  Ensure all repairs are in process.
  3. Assist with cleanliness of parts and work area.
  4. Ensure necessary warranty claims are filed with the manufacturer and entered in the RS6000 properly.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
