The role is focused on supporting the business from a project management standpoint, enabling implementation and adoption within Machine to Machine ordering, especially eCommerce platform, at an increasing and fast pace.
The Sr Marketing Project Specialist will be the focal point and main liaison between the business, digital marketing, IT, and senior leadership. The role is tactically focused on ensuring the business requirements are met, that communication and customer enablement is done in due time and that reporting and tracking against targets is correctly handled.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support SPS’s business on e-Commerce project management:
  • Work closely with Channel Marketing, Customer Support, Customer Experience, and IT to understand business processes, customer needs, product portfolio.
  • Gather and understand business requirements and business processes specs and ensure these are included and prioritized in the project timeline.
  • Provide quality control
  • Collaborate with process or business owners to understand and support order management automation
  • Build a deep understanding of the SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris (eCommerce) platform and its integration with other systems.
  • Support business change management
  • Reach out to customers to facilitate their e-Commerce adoption of order entry and management
  • Work across other internal teams to bring best practices in data management to the team.
  • Lead process improvements.
  • Report actuals against targets and deliver reporting to senior leadership


  • BA/BS (or equivalent) in Marketing or other related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or e commerce
  • Advanced English
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing
  • Project management experience, including the rollout of new processes and technologies to sales and marketing audiences
  • Proven ability of data processing (data transformation, statistical analysis, data organization etc.)
  • Advanced skills in Excel data manipulation.
  • Understanding of IT systems and architecture.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office package knowledge’s
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Ability to effectively work in a complex matrix organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong ability to work independently as well as in cross functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills in face to face and virtual settings.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Problem solving skills


  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce environments is a plus
  • Exposure in working with IT, Finance, budgeting and planning tasks would be a plus
