**Position Summary:**

This is an exciting role in the Penske organization, responsible for managing Diversity and Inclusion development programs. The Manager of Diversity and Inclusion Learning will partner with D&I leaders in collaboration with operations and functional leaders to design development programs that support awareness and skill building for all associates in Penske Transportation Solutions, Penske Truck Leasing and Penske Logistics. In this role you lead a team of specialists to create, facilitate, and support development programs such as Valuing our Differences, New Hire Orientation, and a Diversity and Inclusion Summit.

This position is based in our global offices in Berks County, PA, which is 75 miles northwest of Philadelphia, PA.

**Major Responsibilities:**

• Create, facilitate, and administer Diversity and Inclusion Development Programs that align with the organizational vision, including project plans, program design, and facilitation.

• Coach and support leaders as they build their diversity and inclusion awareness and skillsets, attracting and retaining top talent for the organization.

• Lead train the trainer sessions, to support operational and human resources professionals as they lead regional programs.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of specialists to create, facilitate, and administer development programs. Create specific development programs for the team to build training design, facilitation, administration, measurement, and project management skills.

• Collaborate with the Diversity and Inclusion team to review and analyze workforce data and reports to develop plans, approaches and prioritization of diversity program development and implementation.

• Partner with external vendors to design, deliver, and support development programs and special projects.


• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred

• 3 years experience in talent development, human resources, or labor relations

• 1 year supervisor experience preferred

• Experience in training program design highly preferred

• Experience in leadership coaching preferred

• Knowledge of human development, the science of personality, and identity preferred

• Strong executive presence, advanced verbal and written communication skills, and positive influencing skills are necessary for successful performance in this role

• Project management skills, organization skills, and strong time management skills are required

• Ability to work well independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision; strong sense of urgency

• Knowledge of diversity trends, best practices, concepts and program preferred

• Some overnight travel up to 25% may be required.

• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
