Kelly® Professional & Industrial is looking for Machine Operator / Assembler / Forklift Drivers / Maintenance Technicians to work at a Manufacturing company that services today's automotive companies in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

  • Work Monday to Friday and over-time on the weekends and earn OT pay-rate and an extra $$ bonus!
  • Earn $100 dollar for working on Sunday
  • Earn a $500 dollar bonus when hired on to full-time!
  • 2nd: 3pm-2:30am or 3rd: 11pm to 7:30am
  • Machine Operators / Assemblers make $11 per hour
  • Forklift Drivers: $12.50 (Sit-down) - $12.50(Cherry Picker/Stand-up) per hour
  • Maintenance Technicians: $16 - $18+ per hour

How will you contribute? You’ll be:

  • Assemblers and Machine Operators Using raw materials and finished components, perform operations on a machine and or by hand to assemble the product.
  • Forklift Drivers will receive and ship product, driving stand-up/ Sit-down and or Cherry picker equipment.
  • Maintenance Technicians will ensure the proper function of machinery

Your Key Qualifications

  • For Machine Operators/Assemblers: Prior machine operator or assembly experience preferred but not required
  • For Forklift Drivers: Prior Forklift experience
  • For Maintenance Technicians: Prior Machine set-up, mechanical experience
  • Ability to perform repetitive duties 
  • Meet the physical demands of lifting, standing, bending, etc. 
  • Must be able to wear steel-toe shoes
