Job Description:

Support design and development of digital products working within the Interaction Design Team of the User Experience Team.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Create user flows, flowcharts and prototypes of responsive web and native mobile experiences.
  • Agile/Scrum team participation.
  • Creates specifications for interactions.
  • Evaluates systems and makes recommendations on improving.
  • Responsible for interaction design work such as navigational structures, information maps, and working prototypes to fulfill functional and user requirements for web-based content and applications.
  • Collaborates with visual designers, user experience analysts, and product managers to define the user experience strategy, spearhead a user centered design process and develop usable, useful, and compelling website experiences.
  • Identifies target audience and objectives, analyze needs, set scope, and interface strategies providing project teams with functional templates, prototype, and site maps to be used as a blueprint for graphic design, content, and technical development.
  • May oversee the planning and execution of web projects, project schedules and collaboration among project owners, contributors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Responsible for specified functions which range from routine to complex within assigned area.
  • Performs activities as assigned
  • Assures timely and accurate completion of transactions, processes, requests as defined

Required Skills and Education:

  • Associate degree or above preferred
  • 1-2 year's of Interactive Design experience
  • Prototype/Rapid Prototype – Must have
  • Figma – Must have
  • Agile/Scrum - Must have
  • Member Experiences experience - Preferred
  • B2B or B2C - Nice to have
  • Jira/Confluence – Nice to have
  • Visual Design – Nice to have
  • Accessibility – Nice to have
  • Make decisions on a variety of matters consistent with goals and objectives of group, typically of moderate business impact.
  • Can function independently with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Ability encompasses knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization.
  • Knowledge of business process and/or system analysis.
  • Knowledge specific to a given product or process with understanding of concepts, practices, and procedures within particular field of specialization (Domain expertise developing).
