**PC&RA Test Engineer**


We are looking for a talented **PC&RA Test Engineer** to join our team specializing in engineering for our Corporate Business Unit in Columbus, IN.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Inspect and track systems selected for testing as well as the failed parts associated with the test.

+ Support the start and execution of demonstration test, Changes With OBD (On-Board-Diagnostic) In Mind (CWOBDIM's) and Manufacturer Self Testing (MST's) in Constant Volume Sampling (CVS) and Raw Transient Emissions (RTE) Test Cells.

+ Proactively overcome roadblocks with 3-step owners, as they relate to OBD demo progress.

+ Support Test Lead in their goal to deliver a finalized DR file to be handed off to OBD lead.

**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**

+ Minimal work experience required. Preferred candidates would have relevant experience working in an temporary student employment, intern, co-op, or other extracurricular team activities.

+ **Must haves for the role** : Bachelors of Science in Mechanical, electrical, or similar Engineering disciplines. Troubleshooting/problem solving capability, clear communication skills, attention to details, resourcefulness, good presentation skills.

+ **Good to have skills:** Matlab/Excel, On-Board Diagnostics experience, diesel engine fundamentals, diesel aftertreatment fundamentals, diesel aftertreatment fundamentals, test cell experience.

**Compensation and Benefits**

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
