Job Description

The Contract Administrator oversees administrative operations of the Company's client contract pre-review process, which includes two- and three-party contracts, and non-managed service provider contract amendments.

Job Tasks:
  • Contributes to management of administrative and certain substantive aspects of client contract negotiation process in a timely, flexible and efficient manner.
  • Reads, analyzes and interprets routine client contracts efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintains working knowledge of each business division to rapidly consult on their dynamic contract needs and objectives.
  • Communicates effectively with sales team and external clients to ensure all contract policies, templates and forms are compliant with policies or regulations, up to date, and accessible.
  • Assists sales team by providing recommended changes to client contracts and approval of contract terms in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • Serves as primary contract administrator for all subcontractor relationship contracts, assists corporate counsel with contract formation, and able to negotiate contracts direct with customers.
  • Serves as an advisor to internal clients, including the sales divisions as well as the Client Contract Administration Team for all issues regarding internal process, policy and training.
  • Provides or assists in training of contract terms and process to sales teams.
  • Superior knowledge of interpreting critical contract provisions and applicable company policies relating to contract management.
  • Prepares internal contract review metrics on a quarterly basis.

Internal Customers & Partners
  • IT, Risk, Billing, Legal and Sales Teams to coordinate the client contract review process.

External Customers
  • From time to time, negotiates directly with external client representatives regarding contract language.

  • OneDrive and SharePoint
  • Document conversion programs
  • Internet navigation
  • Electronic Signature programs

Minimum Education/Certifications:
  • High School Diploma

Minimum Experience:
  • At least 3 years of broad contract administration experience
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to build cohesive team efforts across various levels and departments

Preferred Experience
  • Public company or large private enterprise
  • Government contract experience
