Are you ready to help us make the future? 

Gather and analyze key aftermarket business variables like volume, price, cost, regional demand, work scope and surplus used material. Develop business plans and actions to mitigate lower flight hours in the market and target aftermarket revenue and margin expansion in APUs and EP products. Work with Product Line Directors to develop and implement the product strategy. You will lead the product support team to drive strategy execution to ensure product development and position and provide support to both sales team and customers. You will partner with the sales and channel teams to develop tactical plans to consistently identify new business opportunities, with successful implementation of such plans.

Key Responsibilities

·         Analyze and develop aftermarket strategies to enable revenue and margin expansion

·         Execute product strategy

·         Interface and execute actions with HON R&O facilities and HON Supply Chain

·         Product development

·         Accountable for orders and GP

·         Identify business opportunities

·         Support sales processes

·         Develop new product initiatives

·         Handle technical queries

·         Drive sales support partnering

·         Network within industry

Travel within US and/ or internationally may be required - 10%


·         BS / BA degree from an accredited university

·         2+ years Aftermarket experience, analysis in cost, price, turn around time or product strategy

·         2+ years experience using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)

·         Due to export control regulations, this position requires US citizenship status

·         Must be able to read, write and speak English


·         Work independently decisions within degree of authority

·         Proven track record of leading projects / product launches

·         Industry and product experience

·         Product management & marketing skills

·         Ability to motivate and influence team members

·         Process/systems orientated

·         Analytical thinking and decision making

·         Proven STRAP implementation

·         Articulation of how product meets customer needs
