Kelly Services is looking for a Machine Operator for one of our very valued clients!

Role: Machine Operator 

  • Payrate: $16 per hour to start, then will get pay raises after going permanent!
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday - 10 Hour Shifts with OT Pay
  • Shift: Day Shift - Start time between 4 am and 6 am every day (Will decide schedule with supervisor)
  • Duration: 1-3 months, then temp-to-hire for permanent position!
  • Dress Code: Long pants that cover ankles, short sleeved or long sleeved shirts, (hoodies fine), rubber soled, non-slip shoes (PPE provided)

Job Description/Duties:

1. Responsible for preparing shred carts for production needs including weighing carts and recording cart numbers and weight information. Ability to create cart tags for seafood bite batches. Wash carts and prepare for next usage.

2. Able to operate and run production equipment, ongoing training to acquire proficiency in operation of all equipment.

3. Demonstrated ability to strip product/ingredients.

4. Effective clean-up and sanitation of equipment, per Standard Operating Procedures.

5. Train and assist team members.

6. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment and work well with others.

7. Flexible work schedules depending on production needs.

8. Perform other duties as directed.
