Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented All-Source Intelligence Analyst 2 to join our team in the McLean, VA.

All-Source Intelligence Analyst 2 are integral to the planning and implementation of foreign intelligence collection, counterintelligence and other specialized operations. They combine specialized training, advanced analytical skills, sophisticated analytical tools, and in-depth knowledge and experience in operational tradecraft to identify new opportunities for operational activity and to enhance ongoing operations. 

All-Source Intelligence Analyst 2 identify the people, relationships, and organizations having access to the information needed to address the most critical US foreign intelligence requirements and find opportunities to disrupt terrorist attacks, illegal arms trade, drug networks, cyber threats, and counterintelligence threats.  

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

  • Identify targeting leads through the exploitation of databases and create targeting packages
  • Monitor field cable/email traffic for leads
  • Read and process intelligence reports
  • Brief analysis reports
  • Specific to individual components, use of Open Source, GOTS and COTS tools and capabilities to manage and manipulate information (e.g. Palantir, Analyst Notebook, Social Networking Analysis tools, Geofeedia, Tubular, CLEAR, KOMPASS, Tableau and Excel). 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years or more of related work experience (or five years additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Relevant IC certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with IC or other USG agencies performing work similar in scope to the program
  • Certification in Sponsor basic tradecraft courses
  • Direct experience in the contract’s directorate
  • Cable writing and use of the contract’s databases
  • Prior service in the contract’s directorate assignment 

Security Clearance Requirements:

TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
