Role: Program Readiness Lead

Job Description

A Senior Manager, assigned to a program/project who will be responsible for the definition, collection and reporting of overall program readiness. To be based in Shanghai, this role is a part of the deployment team and will work closely with Greater China Business, Local and Global Program leads, and Deployment Site Coordinators to ensure that that deployment goals are met at each stage gate on the program.

Role and Responsibilities:

+ Working with functional leads in both global and local level, collect and define readiness criteria for Solution, Business, People, Data, Deployment, and Support

+ Accountable to create and populate the Program Readiness Scorecard, validate with local leads, and program leadership

+ Schedule and facilitate Readiness Stage Gates along with Deployment leads

+ Guide Deployment Site Coordinators (GC based) to execute readiness activities and collect status

+ Schedule and facilitate Readiness Stage Gates along with Deployment leads

+ Monitor business and technical related cutover tasks and ramp down/up activities

+ Create readiness scorecard and other interim reports

+ Supports deployment team during cutover to prioritize issues and solve gaps

Expectations:

• Remain highly engaged with program status across all facets of readiness (technical and business)

• Close and consistent collaboration with Greater China business, deployment, technical and TCO teams

• Ability to lead and influence others, can communicate clearly in Mandarin and English and create effective visual materials

• Confident, proactive, corporately presentable, flexible to work under dynamic working environment

• Able to interact professionally with diverse group of stakeholders

• Strong analytical mind with excellent relationship management

• Strong and solid hands on experience in project management with both Waterfall and Agile methodology knowledge

• Excellent leadership and senior stakeholder management skills

• Experiences in Retail/ FMCG/ Consumer Goods industry preferred;

• SAP experiences preferred;
