About the Job 
Texas Instruments (TI) is searching for a detail-oriented person with excellent follow-through skills who is able to maintain confidentiality, have fun and be highly effective in a team environment. Individual must have strong communications skills to easily interact and relate with all levels of the organization.


While not all inclusive, responsibilities of this role include:

  • Strategic partner to VP, understanding priorities and managing leader’s time accordingly
  • Strong judgment and emotional intelligence skills to find the right balance between unstructured time, introspection and scheduled meetings
  • Understanding of organization strategy, structure and processes, in order to include relevant players in different meetings
  • Partner that helps create an environment of openness, trust & connection with people
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Plan domestic and complex international travel for leadership team , including coordination with local field team on trip’s agenda and briefing
  • Support travelers from international sites to the US; including support for customer and vendor meetings held at TI site
  • Maintaining manager’s expense statements, filing and organizing documents
  • Working with team to plan worldwide meetings and employee celebrations
  • Order recognition awards for organization and help with recognition ideas to strengthen employee morale
  • Maintaining organization’s SharePoint sites, employee mailing lists and mail folders 
  • Build and maintain organizational charts for the worldwide organization 
  • Providing support for organization on office supplies, phones and setup for new employees 
  • Maintain space (offices and cubicles)
  • Assist with creating and editing PPT presentations for leaders as needed

Minimum Requirements: 

• HS diploma (Associates degree preferred) 
• 5 years of experience 
• Expertise using productivity software tools in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), SharePoint and SAP 


 

Preferred Qualifications: 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment 

• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results, work with minimal supervision
• Ability to effectively solve problems and make appropriate decisions
