SUMMARY    As the executive or senior level secretary, provides high level confidential, administrative services and assists with the activities within The Dean’s Office.  Coordinates the activities for assigned projects and programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Performs a wide variety of assignments, including correspondence, reports and recommendations, of a confidential nature. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google office suite and web based platforms, specifically Banner, Webex, & Zoom, etc. Proficient in creating Powerpoint presentations, etc. Assists with preparation of reports, marketing information and other related documents, compiling data and research as needed. Answers and screens telephone calls for supervisor. Maintains supervisor's and/or department calendar, establishing priorities and scheduling appointments at own discretion. Regularly coordinates meetings and arranges programs, events, and/or conferences, including arranging for facilities, issuing information and invitations, coordinating speakers, and tracking event budget. Acts as a liaison with other University units. Understands and adheres to compliance standards as they appear in the Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy. Performs other duties as assigned.
