As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for leading the administration of Salesforce across the HealthTrust enterprise working with executive management, department leads and their teams, providing solutions, process improvements, training and analysis to support their sales, member support and account management objectives. You will manage the configuration and administration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud while also working with HCA Salesforce shared services, HealthTrust IT, third party providers and other consultants.

In this role you will be responsible for the below activities:

  • Leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to become a trusted internal consultant for all business units and leadership to ensure that desired business goals are achieved in a quality manner.
  • Providing daily technical expertise, analysis and recommendations on how to best utilize Salesforce functionality to design processes and deliver solutions that support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Extending functionality to support business needs.
  • Sharing and implementing recommendations on best practices and process improvements.
  • Identifying and nurturing individuals, developing their Salesforce skillset to support daily departmental needs.
  • Creating education documentation and hosting training sessions to develop CRM knowledge and increase user adoption.
  • Performing routine data cleansing on accounts and contacts by merging, mass updating and importing data.
  • Developing processes to efficiently extract and transform data from various sources to populate Salesforce.
  • Assessing project issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
  • Managing user licenses, budgets and external resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field required. 
  • 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud applications required.
  • Healthcare business experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred.
  • Professional in Project Management (PMP), Salesforce App Builder, Developer I or Developer II certifications preferred.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Acrobat, SharePoint, HubSpot, Marketo, CRM Fusion, Drawloop, Passage Technology, Force.com, Config Workbook21, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java, Apex, SQL Server, Confluent
  • Experience managing a complex Salesforce database serving multiple, diverse service lines.
  • Proven experience in setting the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
