Kelly Professional & Industrial is looking for you to be part of our Team at our client Motorola Solutions in Elgin, IL!


Motorola Solutions Elgin Experience Center is a leading technology center where you will learn new skills and get paid while you train as an electronics assembly specialist.  Training is available in English and Spanish.


Specifically, you will build two-way radios and modems used by many government agencies such as local police and fire departments, military and the coast guard.  The manufacturing floor is a cool and heated facility that provides a clean and safe work environment.


Best of all, you’ll help build mission-critical communication products that keep everyday people safe.

Plus, the leadership and team are helpful, friendly, and bilingual! No experience is necessary, and training is provided in English and Spanish to ensure you feel fully prepared on the job.


Shift Details

  • Monday through Friday
  • 1st Shift: 6am to 2:00pm $12.00 per hour
  • 2nd Shift: 3pm to 11:00pm $14.50 per hour
  • Available in full-time or part-time positions
  • Overtime and Double time available, but not required

What is a typical day as a Manufacturing Associate? You’ll be:

  • Manufacturing electronics such as modems and two-way radios
  • Identifying areas of improvement to increase efficiency
  • preparing finished products for shipment
  • maintaining a clean and orderly work area
