Job Summary

The Lab Systems Support Analyst will provide IT support for the deployment of laboratory and manufacturing systems to client’s TX facility.  The position will require basic IT skills in relation to networking, hardware, databases and operating system level knowledge.  The Lab System Support Analyst will support the deployment of various technologies used throughout the lab and manufacturing environments including but not limited to:  Unicorn, Cell Counters and Cell Processing/Separation Systems.  The position requires a working knowledge of the aforementioned lab systems and the ideal candidate should have prior experience in administration and the end use of at least some including at least some of these systems and the instruments which they support. 

The Lab Systems Support Analyst will be required to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Lab and Manufacturing Systems.  The position will require collaboration with Database Administrators, IT Architects, Network Administrators, CSV Specialist and lab/mfg management personnel to ensure that systems are deployed to meet all user requirements within the timeframe set by IT leadership.  

  • The Lab Systems Support Analyst must be customer focused and a good communicator. 
  • The Lab Systems Support Analyst will be required to serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the installation, validation and deployment of laboratory and manufacturing systems. 
  • The position requires a working knowledge of GMP and the Computer Systems Validation (CSV) process. 
  • The Lab Systems Support Analyst will be required to write and revise Standard Operating procedures relating to the administration of the various lab and manufacturing systems and may assist in the writing and execution of CSV deliverables as required.
