**Description:** Production Manager \(Level 5\)

• Individual will be responsible for leading the production build team in all operations areas for safety, quality, staffing, schedule and cost performance\.

• In addition will be responsible for the technical strategy of the organization required to support a demonstration program\.

• Expected to manage concurrent design and build activities\.

• Required to implement new technologies and provide motivation to the build team\.

• Required to report out and brief multiple levels of leadership within the company and customer\.

• The ability to execute a complex challenging build while establishing lasting Customer and Program relationships is a integral part of this role\.

• Must exhibit Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors and deploy Culture of Accountability onto the program\.

• Specifically, this leader will be serving the Functional Operations, Research and Test \(FORT\) organization specializing in developmental and classified fabrication of Metallics, Composites and Wiring\.

• Responsibility for the U2 vehicle systems line replaceable unit \(LRU\) maintenance and overhaul\.

• Must be a US Citizen\. This position supports a facility that requires special access\.

A level 5 employee **Typically has 14 \- 20 years** of professional experience\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

• 5\+ years demonstrated aerospace manufacturing leadership

• Project management and decision making experience utilizing business and financial acumen

• Multiple experiences with Aerospace Manufacturing\-Fabrication and Assembly

• Experience in fostering team development and growth

**Desired Skills:**

• Collaboration, communication and presentation, with a focus on customer engagement

• Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development

• Demonstrated positive employee engagement with utilization of Culture of Accountability \(COA\) and Full Spectrum Leader \(FSL\) techniques
