2nd Shift Resource Recovery Operator

Position responsibilities include: Successful candidate should possess a strong mechanical aptitude with astrong regard for safety. Must have a good attendance record, goodcommunication skills and be able to work a flexible schedule. Must be able towork independently and be able to read, write and verbally communicate inEnglish.

Duties: The duties of thisposition include operating equipment involved in the production of animalproteins and fat. Monitor and oversee the cooking process, collect samples andtest products to ensure QA specifications are met, monitor environmentalequipment to ensure that compliance is met and be able to operate a forkliftand skid steer loaders. Plus all other duties as assigned by management.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able tostand on concrete surfaces for long periods of time (8 hours or more). Must bephysically able to travel to all areas of the plant and work at heights of upto 70'. Must be able to exert up to 60 lbs of force occasionally and up to 40lbs. of force frequently. Must be able to perform strenuous work in varyingclimates from hot to cold.
